Do you operate a business? Do you plan to take deductions against earned income for expenses of more than $600 in 2010 to one or more individuals? Did you pay home workers (gardeners, child care providers, maids) more than $600 a year and plan to deduct those expenses? Then you MUST issue 1099s or W-2s this month to claim those deductions.

I can do that for you. Virtually. No office visit or phone call necessary. How easy is that?

My services include:

The preparation and mailing of 250 OR FEWER 1099 or W-2 forms to recipients. You provide me with the W-4/W-9 information and payment information electronically or by mail, and I perform all the data input for 1099 MISC, 1099-INT, W-2, including the 1096 and W-3 transmittal forms.

The preparation of Federal employment forms 941/940 upon your request.

Advice sent with every 941/940 account on when deposits should be made, whether electronic deposits are required, etc.

2011 withholdings spreadsheet creation for each client on customer request

Here’s what it costs:

A one-time set-up fee of $75 per client

A $25 materials fee for each 25 records (ex: $25 for up to 25 1099/W-2s; $50 for 26 to 50; $75 for 50 to 75; $100 FOR 76 TO 100, etc.)

A cash processing fee of $50 for every 10 records (ex: $50 for up to 10 records, $100 for up to 20 records, $150 for up to 30 records, etc.)
Not having to do it yourself? Priceless!

Here’s how you pay:

Services are 100% ITEX (or other, ITEX approved system) if you are part of an ITEX affiliated barter network
Cash fees can be paid by PayPal or MC/V/D

Here’s the catch. (You know there is one. It’s the IRS!)

All forms 1099 and W-2 must be postmarked by 31 Jan 2011. So I will accept new business for this work through 28 Jan 2011. That’s Friday, January 28. A deadline you can count on!

All information must be sent electronically or by mail. No phone consultations available for these affordable services with the deeply discounted fees.

If you need advice, I’m happy to offer that for $175/hour.
