There are tax credits to pay for your new employees that you need, your employees that you’re training, and for paying health insurance premiums for your employees if you’re a qualifying SMALL business.

There is also training money available from TWC for employers in Texas who are providing training for employees who will be retained, and are getting training for skills they would normally not receive training for.
